Every user will obtain a copy of the User Guide along with the associated documentation. Before getting started with the MSA platform in your company, we recommend that you read this document. If you have any questions, please contact your own account manager or technical support service. Our specialists are always ready to offer advice to you and answer your questions.
Technical support during use of the MSA platform
During the first year of using the MSA platform technical support is provided free of charge.
As part of the technical support, our specialists and partner system integrators can help you in the following instances:
- initial configuration of the MSA platform;
- in the event of any questions related to the user interface of the software;
- in the event of system errors.
In the event of any other questions related to the use of the MSA platform, including extension of the license agreement and enhancement of its functionality, please consult your account manager or sales department. We will always be glad to help you.
During the implementation of the MSA platform in your company, our specialists and partner system integrators provide training for the effective use of the software. Training is conducted remotely, and participants are divided into groups. After completion of the training, you will receive a link to the corresponding video.
The training course contains the following information:
- learning platform capabilities and functionality at the user level;
- initial configuration and customisation of the MSA platform.
